MGT Series of Energy-efficient Drying Drum System
We are focused on providing with deep dehydration solution for high moisture non-heat-sensitive materials . It is widely used in the industries of coal, mineral processing, chemical, construction, sawdust, aggregate, sludge and others.
MGT series of energy-efficient drying drum system mainly consists of six parts that are raw material loading systems, combustion heating system, dehydration systems, environmental dust removal system, power distribution and control systems and product transportation system.
MGT series of energy-efficient drying drum system is self-developed which is with complete system that will meet the different requirements from Chinese customers and overseas.

This drying system can process high moisture content materials such as slime, lignite, coal, flotation clean coal, mixed coal, coal power plant fuel, blast furnace slag, clay, limestone, sand, quartz stone, metal concentrates, waste, tailings, sawdust, aggregate, waste mud and other materials.The moisture content can be reduced to 8% or less which will completely solve the problem of storage and transportation to improve the efficient utilization.
Core technology - drying technology
1. Independently developed without unpowered spiral propeller which is solving the problems of materials sticking and that also improve the uniformity of material and prevent the materials from returning.
2. Unique internal structure will prevent from material blocking and sticking, which will meet different drying requirments of various types and moisture content materials.
3. There is equipped with delay mechanism inside the drying drum that makes the material alternating motion in the drum to improve the volumetric efficiency to ensure the drying effect.
4. It can change the running parameters according the material properties (moisture content, ash content and size), so that the material in the dryer drum will form a complete section of material to ensure the heat exchange.
5. Running speed of drying drum can be automatically adjusted according to real conditions,which will adpate the uneven input materials.
6.It achieves "zero horizontal thrust" for the dryer to ensure smooth and reliable operation.

4. Self-developed cold air isolation technology, avoid heat loss maximally, which not only improves the thermal efficiency of the drying system effectively, but also avoid dust spillover impact on the environment.
Core Technology - Environmental Cleaning System
1. Integrated design of desulphurization and dust removal , using the spray mode, self-designed glass steel spiral nozzle, to ensure water mist is full contact with dust and harmful gases, dust removal efficiency ≥98%, sulfur dioxide removal rate ≥90%, smoke Ringelmann blackness <1.
2. Development of modified high temperature glass fiber reinforced plastic material, completely solve the the problem of corrosion, wear and clogging, and heat resistance can be up to 300 ºC instantly(Through constant temperature test 24 hours ), and the aging is up to 20 years.
3. More than 90% of dust spray water can achieve self-circulation.
4. The successful application of bag filter is a new way of thinking for high temperature and high humidity dust tail.
